Warranty Request

Please complete the information below for any request or any questions concerning your new home's warranty.  We will respond to you within 48 hours to schedule a time for a site visit on any non-cosmetic, covered items.  Please refer to the manufacturer on any manufacturer warranty items or contact the Sub-Contractor directly from the list provided to you for any non-cosmetic items.  As discussed at your final walk through, any cosmetic items, including but not limited to paint, drywall, tops, flooring, fixtures, glass, windows, doors, sinks, tubs, showers, shelving, brick, roof, etc are not warranty items and are the homeowner’s responsibility.
